GENERATIONAL ALPACA BREEDING
Our breeding program is situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains in the beautiful state of Colorado, at Red Granite Ranch, Ltd. The small herd consists of high-quality Huacaya breeding animals with internationally recognized genetics, specifically focusing on improving the fiber. The owner, Cadence, also runs a very successful graphic design business.
Our alpacas are known under the suffix "IRONHIDE".

Our goal is to breed conformationally sound, robust, and healthy huacaya alpacas that are easy breeders and birthers. We want our alpacas to also improve with each subsequent generation. Recently, we have acquired wonderful new genetics from Quechua Enterprises (David, Heidi, Maree, and Nick Skinner) to help further advance our program.
